Refund policy

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. 

-Contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

-Ship order back to me within 14 days of delivery. Item must be in NEW condition.

-Cancellation request must be received within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

Because of the nature of the items, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective:

-Custom/Personalized items

-Perishable product (like food or flowers)

-Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

-Digital downloads

 

**Refunds will only be issued if an error was made during the production of your item.**
